Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sapphira Prive Orlando, we strive to provide world-class aesthetic results using premium products. To maintain our standards of care and manage our specialized inventory, we enforce the following strict policy:
1. No Refunds on Treatments
All cosmetic services—including Botox, Dermal Fillers, and Peptide therapies—are non-refundable. Once a product has been administered or a service rendered, no refunds will be issued. Aesthetics is an art, not an exact science, and individual results may vary based on anatomy, lifestyle, and aftercare.
2. No Refunds on Packages or Pre-payments
Payments for multi-treatment packages or pre-paid service credits are final. These funds are non-refundable and non-transferable to other clients. If you choose to discontinue a treatment package, any remaining balance may be applied as a boutique credit for other services at our discretion, but no cash or credit card refunds will be processed.
3. Botox/Dysport "Touch-Ups"
Our goal is your satisfaction. If you feel your neurotoxin treatment requires a refinement, we offer a follow-up assessment within 10–14 days of the initial injection. Any additional units required to achieve your desired goal beyond the initial dose will be charged at the standard per-unit rate.
4. Prescription Peptides & Specialty Pharmacy Items
Due to Federal and State regulations, prescription medications and Peptides cannot be returned or refunded once they have been ordered from the pharmacy or dispensed, regardless of whether the medication has been used.
5. Strict Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Cancellations (Less than 48 hours): Will result in a charge of $50 or forfeiture of the deposit.

No-Shows: Will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost or a flat fee of $[Insert Amount].

Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other guests, and a cancellation fee will apply.

6. Retail Products
Unopened retail products in original packaging may be exchanged for spa credit within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. No cash refunds. Opened products are final sale.
