2. Appointments and Cancellations

Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a fee of 50% of the service charge.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or "no-shows" will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

3. Payment and Refunds

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards, and cash.
Insurance: We do not accept medical insurance for any treatments or products.
Refunds: All sales for services and pre-paid packages are final. Retail products may be exchanged within a specified timeframe if unopened.
